All violations of City of Charlotte ordinances and/or nuisance issues (i.e., parking on grass, parking opposite traffic flow, lawn maintenance) should be reported via Charlotte-Mecklenburg 3-1-1 (CharMeck311) web site or the CLT+ app available thru Apple App Store & Google (Android) Play Store. Please forward the report acknowledgement to HOA@bumgardneram.com.
Traffic violations (i.e., running of stop signs) can/should be reported to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) by sending an email to: Traffic_Complaints@cmpd.org.
Homeowners can report violations of the HOA ByLaws or Rules & Regulations by sending an email to HOA@BumgardnerAM.com and MatthewsGroveHOA@gmail.com - please describe the violation in detail and you are highly encouraged to attach pictures.
BAM's Association Manager and/or a member of HOA's Board of Directors will validate the violation and initiate the governance process by either issuing a Violation Letter to the Homeowner of record and/or reporting the violation to the HOA's Board of Directors for action.
