Since this is the season for making exterior improvements to our homes (and especially given how we are all staying at home right now and doing this projects), please keep in mind that in general ANY change to the exterior of your house that is visible from the street needs to have approval from the HOA.

There are some exceptions to this, but improvements such as driveway extensions (concrete or brick), fences, storage sheds, mailboxes, etc have requirements and should be approved before starting any work.
