Thanks to an active and caring Home Owners Association board, inspection standards are always high. Residents have shown that they have no problems meeting those high standards as you roam through our neighborhood to find children playing freely in a clean and safe environment.
Matthews Grove was developed by Centex Homes-Charlotte between 2005 and 2008. The HOA's Business Partner is Bumgardner Association Management (as of December 2018).
